The first assignment in ASU’s Study Hall Rhetoric and Composition was a reflection on place. I struggled with where to choose, but ultimately landed on one of my favorite places – Tumwater Falls. It just so happens that I live about a mile from there, and I’ve loved the place since I was a child. Turns out I had a LOT to learn about the place I call home.
